What You Need to Know: Boarding Policies
To ensure we can accommodate as many pups as possible during our busiest times, please review our boarding policies.
Peak Season Deposit Policy
During peak season reservations, Kamp K-9 requires a 50% deposit of the estimated stay as well as a credit card on file.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before the reservation start date: Full refund of deposit
- 9-14 days before the reservation start date: 50% of deposit forfeited
- 7 days or less before the reservation start date: 100% of deposit forfeited
Early Pickup Policy
Early pickups during peak season will result in a penalty of 50% of each remaining day of the originally scheduled stay.
Weekend Pick Up Policy
Saturday Hours: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
All dogs picked up after 11:30 AM will be charged for a full day of Day Kamp ($42).
What Counts as Peak Season?
- March 15 – April 10
- November 15 – January 10
- 3 business days before and 2 business days after any federal holiday.
